Please read all Policies! Deposits: A $30 non-refundable deposit is required for every appointment as soon as it is requested. This does go towards the total cost of your service. With proper notice, deposits will only transfer ONCE and you must rescheduled immediately. If you cancel or no call no show you lose your deposit. Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you have to reschedule or cancel please notify me at least 48 hours before your appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled once. If you would like to cancel your appointment without rescheduling, your deposit is still non-refundable. Day of Appointment: Arrive to your appointment on time, with clean lashes, and NO MAKEUP. Text me once you are parked outside and I will let you know when to come up. Please use the restroom prior to arriving for your appointment and dress comfy as you will be laying down for 2 to 4 hours. If after 10 minutes you are not laying down ready to be serviced, your appointment will be canceled and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. Correctly placing lash extensions requires a lot of concentration. I want to give you the best outcome possible. Therefore, there are no other guests or children allowed. My workspace is homebase so therefore my space is limited. Lastly, I have clients back to back, if you are being dropped off please ensure they are here on time to pick you up or you will have to wait outside. Any fixes will be made free of charge within 3 days. Please get in contact with me to schedule if you notice excessive shedding. Due to the cost of product and time, no refunds are issued. Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel please give me 48 hours notice. Cancelled appointment/No Shows will lose their deposits and charged 50% of the service.
