To keep the studio peaceful & running smoothly, here are a few gentle policies: ✨ No Extra Guests Because my studio is a small, private suite inside my home, I kindly ask that you arrive solo. This helps me maintain a comfortable, intimate, and relaxing environment for YOU! ✨ Late Policy Please arrive on time. Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may need to shorten their service or reschedule entirely (with a new deposit) depending on the service booked. ✨ All Services Are Final I take great pride in my work and do my best to give you beautiful, long-lasting results every time. By booking and paying for a service, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with your results. If you ever have concerns, please reach out within 48-72 hours so I can guide you or offer professional advice. ✨ Communication & Rescheduling Life happens — I get it! As a small business, cancellations affect my schedule greatly. Please try your best to communicate changes 24–48 hours in advance so I have a chance to fill your appointment time. By booking, you agree to allow me to take photos/videos for social media and portfolio purposes. (If you’re uncomfortable, just let me know. I will always respect your boundaries.) ✨ Payment Cash is highly preferred and appreciated. I also accept debit/credit cards, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Venmo for your convenience. Please note: any false chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims will be taken seriously and may be pursued through proper legal channels. Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel please give me 48 hours notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If an appointment is not cancelled 48 hours prior to the appointment there will be a 50% cancellation fee to the card on file.
